Server Logs

Introduction​

Useful for troubleshooting server errors and setup issues.

Server Logs is a reporting tool that will allow you to keep under control the results beyond the standard reporting. The Logs will record and display not only the results successfully recorded (conversions, events, etc) but also the requests that are received and get rejected or contain an error response.

Logs check​

The logs are available in the dedicated section and can be selected from the Main Menu. The reports are divided in three main sections:

  • Attribution logs
  • Conversion logs
  • Conversion Rejections

Key features​

The logs will provide data based on the following data point:

  • Time
  • Transaction ID
  • Request URL
  • Latency
  • Status
  • Metadata
  • Errors
